The Golden Bridge
There are different reasons why people visit other countries, but one of the most important is to experience art through #travel
🗺
For this reason, in July 2017 #Vietnam made a huge investment deciding to build a new architectural construction in order to intensify the flow of #tourists in the Region
·
The outcome is a mastodontic pedestrian #bridge designed by TA Landscape #Architecture and consisting on two giant stone hands that hold the golden structure up.
Although the #hands are designed to appear ancient and cracked, they are actually made of fibreglass and wire mesh.
The 150-meter long bridge is located 3,280 feet above sea level in Vietnam’s Ba Na #Hills and represents the “giant hands of Gods, pulling a strip of #gold out of the land”
·
The “Golden bridge” was officially opened in June 2018, quickly becoming a #top tourist #attraction
🎯
The moral of this story is that investing in #art always pays off!
